What is Big Bang Adoption ?

Big Bang Adoption is a instant changeover, where user switch old system into fully functioning new system in a given date. At the point when a new system needs to be implemented in an association. User adopt new system.  There are three different way to adopt.
Big Bang adoption
Phased Adoption
Parallel Adoption

In parallel adoption the old and the new system are running parallel, so every one of the clients can become accustomed to the new system, and in the interim do their work utilizing the old system. Phased adoption means the adoption will happen in many phases, so after each stage the system is a little closer to be completely received. In big bang adoption, the user switch between utilizing the old system to utilizing the new system generated at one single date, the alleged moment changeover of the system

When an association choose to utilize the big bang adoption, and supports the progressions which are required for this, the genuine changing procedure are begin. This procedure includes a few stages: converting the system, releasing parts of the system and training the future users.

Converting the system:
At initial, Planning for the entire adoption process is required. Making a planning enables future clients to realize what will occur and when they ought to anticipate certain changes, which keeps away from superfluous vulnerabilities and subsequently makes a superior working environment. The planning clarifies when the real adoption happens and offers the future clients to get ready for this change. The picture below demonstrate the activities of controlling the system

After making planning. The old data form is converted into new form which work in new system. This data loaded into new system which called loaded-data. Now the loaded data need to be check, whether the productivity of data is good and to test the understanding level of the future user. Offline trial is executed to check the system and user can work together. Now, it came to check the validity verification, if the data is not valid it need to change again and the association have to prepare a different way of execution.

Releasing parts of the system –

If all the data is valid, separate parts of the system can be released. The database which is changed from the old database should be released, so the new information is available. Next, the procedure application should be released, so the new application can be used. The foundation of the entirely different system should be released, to clear how the system will look like and how everything is associated. Important thing to note is that in this stage just separate parts are release, which don't shape the new system. Note that all this process is happens offline, only the system developers can this, the user still working on old system. The model above shows what activities should be executed by the system controller, to get the results that lead to the release parts. If the releasing part is failed, the administration need to decide new changes once again.

Training the future users -

If the releasing part is succeeded, next step to prepare the user. Now, all user need to train in working with the new system. The human resources department select the experienced staffs, who can take the responsibility of work so that there would be no delay in work.
